ARTstor: information architecture, personas, user scenarios

ARTstor is a non-profit initiative, founded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, with a mission to use digital technology to enhance scholarship, teaching, and learning in the arts and associated fields. For ARTstor, I designed the information architecture of a CMS tool for ARTstor's user admins, receiving direction and feedback from the lead UX director.

I also supported the discovery phase of Shared Shelf, an enterprise-level, web-based "cataloging and image management system". In addition to serving as a project producer, I researched several Personas and documented their interactions in User Scenarios.
