At one point, they discussed financials and working together. They listed several personality traits that apparently investors look for&#8230;I found this useful and inspiring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">integrity<br \/>\npassion<br \/>\nexperience<br \/>\nknowledge<br \/>\nskill<br \/>\nleadership<br \/>\ncommitment<br \/>\nvision<br \/>\ncoachability<br \/>\nfearless<\/p>\n<p><!-- I'm not sure if this list is accurate - or in order - but I found it inspiring.\n\nIntegrity and passion I'm sure I have, but sometimes I compare myself to others and\n\nI think I need to work on my coachability skills. I have a tendency to be a bit stubborn at times.
