About Allison
I use principles of user-centered design to help make complex systems easier for non-technical users, and technical systems more efficient for advanced users.
I enjoy being hands-on and digging into the details of complex functionality. I aim to take a thoughful and forward-thinking approach when recommending solutions.
My favorite projects are those in which design, business, and technical teams are mutually focused on achieving solutions collaboratively — and can share in a successful outcome together.

Education
In addition to my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I've completed hundreds of hours of in-person and online continuing education, covering topics from introductory finance, front-end development, typography, to the history of China.
I remain committed to self-improvement and growth, and frequently pursue enrichment opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
My experiences have provided me with a perspective that helps me keep my interests wide, and keep an open-mind to alternative sources of solutions and creative ideas.
